"Fantastic journey from beginning to end..."
Had a fantastic journey from beginning to end! They keep you updated, and the receptionist was super helpful. The service was top-notch, and I’d totally recommend them and come back myself. Prices are honest and fair, no crazy charges, and they don’t push for unnecessary work. They did a great job!!!

"Thrilled to Encounter Discrimination!"
If you're autistic, brace yourself for some discrimination. They assumed I was being impolite just for asking questions, as I was trying to get a grasp on things. They were intentionally unhelpful and rude. Discrimination shows they’re not interested in doing business with me.
The service was terrible, and the discrimination was evident. What a bad experience! It really doesn’t have to be this way.

"Exceptional Service"

"Same-Day Repair Even with a Packed Schedule!"
I reached out to Claytons at 8:30 in the morning because my V40 wouldn’t start. I was at work in Leeds but live in Huddersfield. They picked up my car at 10:30, and by 12:10, they called to let me know they had identified the problem, which turned out to be a wiring loom issue. They called me again at 3:30 to say the car was all fixed up. I was able to get home without needing to rely on taxis or public transport. What a relief!
